Based in Brussels, we support demanding customers through expert advice, curated premium brands, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Our selection includes internationally recognized brands such as Leica, Hasselblad, Devialet, Pantheone Audio and more high end photography and audio brands.

Key Responsibilities 

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, expectations, and use cases 
• Provide tailored advice across our product categories 
• Present, explain, and demonstrate products in-store
• Support the full sales process, from first contact to after-sales follow-up
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including proactive follow-up regarding new products, services, and relevant opportunities
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities during quieter periods through outreach, networking, and proactive prospecting activities
• Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards throughout the store
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including merchandise reception, stock organization, and occasional preparation of online orders for shipment 
• Contribute to occasional events, product presentations, and brand activations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and aligned with Liva’s premium standards
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience at every stage of the customer journey

Profile 

• Experience in premium retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments 
• Strong sense of service and attention to customer experience 
• Genuine interest in premium products and technology (photography and audio)
• Curiosity for our core universes: photography, audio, sport optics, home cinema
• Ability to provide clear, relevant, and personalized advice to a demanding clientele 
• Organized, proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented 
• Comfortable balancing customer interaction with operational responsibilities 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Affinity with premium or luxury retail environments 
• Fluency in French or Dutch is required, along with a good command of English
• Full proficiency in both French and Dutch is a strong advantage
